Lakuku offers kitchen training and cooking courses for house staff in Nairobi, as listed below
Soups and Salads This is a new course to Lakuku and my aim is to cover delicious fresh salads and tasty soups. We will use a wide variety of fresh salads and vegetables, herbs and toasted seeds. I will have recipes with char grilled meats and cheeses to offer ideas for substantial healthy lunch boxes. Varied dressings to compliment will also be taught, from the basics to the more exotic. This course is set over five lessons of 3 hours over the period of 5 days (Monday to Friday Inc.). The Costs is 10,000Ksh. This is a perfect course for your cook/housestaff who has mastered the basic cooking and is looking for a further challenge.
