PLANTS GALORE GARDENING CENTRE
Off LIMURU ROAD, NAIROBI
run regular twice-monthly training courses for gardeners.
Each lecture starts at 9.00 a.m. and finishes at Midday. Each course will comprises lectures on three consecutive mornings, Tuesday to Thursday, and on completion a certificate is issued confirming attendance.
The lectures cover:-
Compost Making
Potting Up Plants
Mixing Soils
Care of Garden Tools
Lawn Care
Pruning
Vegetable Gardening
General Garden Care
Pests and Diseases
Feeding Plants
There are 10 places on each course. The cost of the course is Kshs.2,000/- per person, to be paid in advance of the course.

Plants Galore Garden Centre is situated just off the Limuru Road. Coming from Muthaiga proceed past both Village Market and the Runda turning and 200 metres past the turning into Runda Estate take the murram road on the right. After the small bridge over the river fork right and the garden centre is on the right a further 100 metres. For those using a matatu alight opposite the murram road.
