Our overall goal is to enhance and promote entrepreneurship and enterprise development as a viable vehicle for wealth creation and national development. The Institute sees this in line with its general mandate of promoting excellence and integrity in management practices in Kenya and beyond.
Our interactive and innovative approach in the provision of training and consultancy has assisted in building the capacity of several SME and SME support organizations, placing them well on the way to achieving full entrepreneurial potential.
KIM uses modern and practical training methods that are highly participatory. The guiding principle is the analysis and identification of individual and organizational strengths to achieve maximum return on investments.
