Webaraza is the brand name of a series of websites offering free services to East Africans. 

The Webaraza name is derived from the Swahili word “baraza”, meaning a meeting place for conversations and business. Our aim in launching the Webaraza sites is to expand the usefulness of the Internet as a place for East Africans to exchange information. 

WebarazaCareers.com is the first of the Webaraza websites. It is owned by the Nairobi-based company, African Laughter Ltd. 

African Laughter is an entrepreneurial start-up, committed to a strong ethics policy, including immediate payment to suppliers, fair and generous terms to all employees, a commitment to team-building and training for staff, and a constant search for ways of providing a better service to all.
